The winemaker

Grauves Located in the heart of the vineyards, a few minutes from Epernay, capital of Champagne, on an exceptional terroir classified Premier Cru, our Champagne House, enjoys a good location and a perfect sunshine, offering in our land of 4.8 hectares, ideal conditions to grow the three grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Black we created the plants in our nursery. In true lover of the earth, we take strict care to our vineyards, respecting the ancestral know-how but also the environment. As the seasons and stages of evolution of nature and all the time we walk our vineyards to conduct the necessary operations such as the size and the tying up the manual harvest at the end of the summer. The pressing of the grapes is made on a pneumatic press to obtain optimum quality of must (grape juice) that will become your Champagne.
