The winemaker

The creation of the family estate dates back to the seventeenth century. It was Pierre Jacquinot, who along with his grape broker activity and the wine merchant, develops the family vineyard since 1918. In 1929 Pierre Jacquinot up his own press and began to make wine. Jean-Manuel Jacquinot, son of Jean-Guy, oenologist and head of production since 1998, is today at the company's head with François Nicolet, son of Jacques. The development of Champagne begins with viticulture to produce quality grapes. 3 Champagne grape varieties are grown on the estate: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Black. The vegetative cycle takes place throughout the season under the control of our technicians who are the guarantors of the quality of our grapes.
