The winemaker

SARL CHAMPAGNE MATHIEU-PRINCET, family company, has the status of "grower-handling": the vineyard to the bottle over, the development of champagnes is fully insured by us. The vineyard of about 9 hectares, spread over 5 towns including 2 first believed, is sufficient to supply our house quality grapes from different terroirs. The wine is then made in our cellars in Grauves, the pressing to draw (bottling) and aging on lees for at least 2 years. The latest manipulation (riddling, disgorging, dosage, washing and dressing bottles) are also the subject of all our care. But our work does not stop there: we are in constant contact with our customers (mainly composed of individuals and a wine shop network) that allows us an even distribution throughout France. In recent decades, our champagnes are also present abroad, especially in countries of the European Union.
