Classified in the category of manipulating harvesters, everything is prepared to ownership of pressing the vault, everything is homemade, combining modernism for pressing, tradition in the work of wine aging in the chalk cellars of about 270 years. The PLB house is located in Avize, a village of the famous Côte des Blancs, 10 km south of Epernay. The coast white extends Chouilly Vertus through Oiry, Cramant, Ay, Avize, Oger, Mesnil on Oger. The vineyards of the PLB house is exclusively Oiry Chouilly, Avize, Cramant, Oger and two other cities in the periphery of the Côte des Blancs namely Grauves and Vaudancourt. PLB The champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay where champagne appellation Blanc de Blanc.
