Champagne Philippe Gonet, is the story of an encounter between a former vineyard cultivated for nearly two centuries by the same family, with the seventh generation, brother and sister, arrived early at the controls. A fantastic adventure begins for brother and sister, 22 and 23 years respectively, when they decide to take the reins of the family business and to continue the work of their father Philippe Gonet, disappeared three years earlier. The irremediable absence of their father instead of weakening it, reinforced the design, the ambition for excellence: create decent sparkling mythical great terroirs thought of Mesnil-sur-Oger. belonging to Philippe Gonet Champagne since 1910, when Charles Gonet, grand-son of the founder, moved there. Pierre and Chantal, contrasting and complementary personalities, share a common vision: to make Champagne Philippe Gonet a must winemaker Mesnil, recognized worldwide for its high quality wines that express the richness, purity, hue and minerality of their terroir: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, which are also home to the famous Champagne houses Krug and Salon.
