The winemaker

From 1875 his son, Pol Cochet begins to develop its own vineyard and is developing its first assemblies. This is the beginning of a long family tradition to sublimate, in all circumstances, the character of carefully selected grapes among the greatest vineyards of Champagne. In the aftermath of World War I, Henry Petitjean, Pol Cochet son succeeded him and is continuing the development of the activity. Pierre Petitjean, his son, passionate wine, takes, for its part the Department of Oenology Institute in Champagne, a company specialized in advising developers Champagne. This is the grand-son of Henry Littlejohn, Michel, who gets the estate in 1960.
