The winemaker
Born into the world of viticulture, Jerome Trudo is impassioned very early for this area: after biology-biochemistry studies, he became winemaker. He will join the farm of his parents, Marie-Noëlle and Christmas Trudo, in Festigny after the 2009 harvest. Therefore, it is guardian and representative of Champagne Trudo heritage founded in the 1920s by Lucien, his great-grandfather. It follows four generations of winemakers. To perpetuate this heritage, its approach is very respectful of the business and the product. As oenologist and winemaker, Jerome Trudo follows the precept "to devote his skills in search of a quality wine and its derivatives respecting their authenticity, their organoleptic and nutritional qualities. ". Champagne Trudon Thus wearer under Récoltant-Manipulant and adheres to the Confederation of Independent Wine; references to wine lovers.
