The winemaker
We grow a 6 hectares producing the 3 main grape varieties grown for the elaboration of our wines: Pinot Black 20%, 60% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay The field uses a rational method of cultivation. The vines are grown in respect for the environment by using green cover for maximum reduction of chemical herbicides. The practice of reasoned vine growing concerns nutrient inputs in organic matter and reduction of phytosanitary treatments. All these efforts are directed towards a permanent and constant monitoring of the quality of different vintages.
