The winemaker
The Champagne house Yannick Prévoteau is a family winery which is spread expertise for already 5 générations.Nous are located in Damery, 10 minutes of Epernay. The whole vineyard of 10.40 hectares is spread over 9 land, part of which is classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru. Today, my brother Eric and myself Yannick are sharing our passion of winemaker. Together we combine our talents to develop the wines of the range: Eric in his chosen field, the cultivation of vines and myself in winemaking. Our work soil and vines as well as all of our winemaking process while respecting the environment have enabled us to obtain certification for our vineyard in Champagne Sustainable Viticulture and high environmental value. Our values : Respect for the terroir: our work to the son of the seasons. Let us trust to nature, respect it. Respect for the consumer: developing excellence champagnes that "negotiate" not with fashion and trends. Humility & Sustainability: stay authentic, maintain our identity without denying our origins, tradition.
