The distribution between the three grape varieties: Pinot Noir (43%), Chardonnay (34%) and Pinot Meunier (23%) gives us the flexibility to develop our assembly sparkling and also to optimize our vintages mono-varieties (Expression , Ephemeral, Audacity) or double varieties (Prestige)
