The winemaker

Brother and sister of the 4th generation of winemakers, we are delighted to be taking over the family business in the heart of our very specific terroir, one of the largest Méandres de la Marne. In 2016, we undertook our first harvest together... 4 years have passed since we finally presented our first two cuvées! Now committed to organic viticulture, our aim is to let the singularity of each of our plots express itself, while protecting the biodiversity of our terroir. Fut, demi-muid, ovoid vat in clay concrete and enamel, each parcel is vinified in a container that will be able to sublimate it, allowing us to be free and creative in our blends.
