The winemaker

Vigneron Grower-Manipulant for four generations, the Maison Le Brun Servenay precious heritage bequeathed a double in the knowledge of its terroirs and winemaking work. The care given to the vineyard with respect for his character and his gross expresssion is preserved from father to son for creating sparkling family and tradition. Maison Le Brun Servenay cultivates 7 hectares of vineyards composed of 80% Chardonnay grapes and 20% Pinot Meunier and Pinot Black on the Côte des Blancs. Spread over three villages classified Grand Cru and neighboring hills, the oldest vines are 80 years, and 100 years for two of them. The clay and limestone soil and land drainage offer sparkling potential minerality, freshness and excellence.
