In shades of gold, this ratafia's color leaves no one indifferent.
Aroma
On the nose, aromas of prune, candied cherry, almond & baked apple. After a few minutes, aromas of chocolate and cherry brandy follow.

The attack on the palate is more expansive and voluptuous. The acidity is still present. The second part of the tasting, after 6 caudalies, reveals quince aromas.
