The winemaker

The vast majority of vineyards are currently undergoing organic conversion. Certified HVE (Haute valeur environnementale), the vineyards focus on grape quality. Generally speaking, the soil is either clay and limestone, or clay-loam. In very rare cases, the geological formation also includes pebbles. The Vignerons d'Aghione produce a wide range of wines, including some typically Corsican creations. Organic wine, orange wine, Aléatico, rosé gris, ... There's no doubt that oenologists will find something to their liking thanks to Les Vignerons d'Aghione.
