Between Narbonne and Béziers, rugby countries, on an exceptional terroir, with the backdrop, the Caroux Mountains Espinouse, our winemakers produce one of the greatest wines of the Languedoc region, Saint-Chinian AOC since 1982. In the North, it is the kingdom of shale and sandstone of the Paleozoic era. In the South, Large limestone formations deposited by the sea at the secondary and tertiary eras. An extraordinary geological and climatic diversity gives the Saint-Chinian a special character that gives each wine its own originality, a rising star.
