The winemaker

Situated on clay-limestone slopes, Minervois belongs to a very special terroir, giving the red wine aromas of blackcurrant, cinnamon and violet. White wines are dry, with floral and citrus aromas. Château Borie Neuve produces wines with bold, powerful aromas. This is the result of expert winemaking and the exceptional sunshine enjoyed by this region of southern France. These wines are the perfect accompaniment to charcuterie and regional dishes such as cassoulet.
