The winemaker

On 32 hectares we vinify wines of appellation Coteaux du Languedoc Pic Saint Loup and varietal wines. All our wines are made in our cellars and bottled at the Domaine. Since the 2014 harvest, we are certified organic. Calcareous clay soil and a microclimate allow the development of red wines of great finesse with notes of licorice, spices and scrubland that give them their character and freshness. For white domain is the aromatic richness and liveliness that will dominate.
