All plots are planted with vines in agreement with the type of soil and the microclimate of each. This great diversity of terroirs offers a range of more expressive wines, ideal for grape wine or subtle blends. Sixth generation of winemakers, Gustave Viennet orchestra the Château of Raissac for already ten years. He has imposed his creativity by harnessing the flexibility offered by the Vins de Pays appellations d'Oc (PGI) and AOP Languedoc, particularly through highly specialized winemaking. Raised in a unique cellar, dug in the seventeenth century in the limestone, now fully modernized, the wines are high in ideal conditions of temperature and humidity constant. Anxious to give birth to wines more natural, Gustave Viennet and his team have chosen in the vineyards for technical environmentally. Result: racy wines that best express the terroir of Béziers terraces overlooking balanced and elegant wines always rewarded for their panache. Popular in many countries, these ranges of wines go perfectly with Mediterranean flavors.
