The winemaker

The Castle of St. Louis in the same ownership as the Château Saint Martin scrubland in Montagnac (Hérault) is known to produce large elegant red wines and purposes of the Corbières-Boutenac names and Corbières The Castle of St. Louis also produces a wide range of wines from more immediate access and oriented on the fruit and greed, whether in AOP Corbières, IGP d'Oc and varietal wines. The same rigor as in the vineyard as in the winery is required to produce the entire range of Château St. Louis. A major investment program led to the creation of a modern and functional production tool, together with an aging cellar of red wines. In the vineyard an ambitious planting program and trellising is already at work.
