The Château de Serres vineyards are classified as AOP Malepère and IGP Cité de Carcassonne. The Château de Serres bottle is particularly popular. A blend of 25-year-old Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, it offers exceptional balance. The estate also offers another top-quality red, Les pins de Serres, with an even more complex blend offering both fruit and pepper notes. The estate's white wine, L'Oiseau Bleu, is no exception. Very fresh and made exclusively from Viognier, it's ideal as an aperitif.
