Fabien Reboul, winemaker For ten years, Fabien pursued his studies in winemaking and travelled the world. His first approaches to Côtes du Rhône led him to Hautes Côtes de Beaune, where he vinified the delicate "Corton Charlemagne". Across the Atlantic, his thirst for knowledge took him to Oregon, and later he found himself "upside down" in New Zealand, to discover a new light. Fabien's openness to the world, to the plurality of its cultures, enables him to create his exceptional wines, the outline of which he imagines in the course of the landscapes and people he meets. The unique terroir of Pic Saint Loup, the dedication of the winemaker and his passion, all combine to make Fabien's creations in his own image: original, blended, balanced and, above all, sincere. Cultivating vines begins with cultivating people.
