The winemaker

Between the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Cevennes and Espinouse, countries of Herault, the Château des Estanilles is located in the hamlet of Lenthéric, town of Cabrerolles, one of the seven villages of the AOC Faugères. The vineyard Estanilles, hillside, covers 35 hectares, 300 m altitude on some of the finest vineyards in the appellation; the Estagnols and Fontanilles plots are behind the domain name. In summer, the vineyard Estanilles is easily recognizable, waist cord royat the trellising well ordered with a significant height of foliage allows each sheet capture maximum sun to return the then noble tannins and aromas stored in each each grain grappe.Depuis 2008 we are organic certification.
