The winemaker

Monique and Henri Fabre, the Independent Winegrowers of Chateau Fabre Cord, welcome you: every day on their field in Peyriac de Mer (preferably by appointment) Sunday morning in Toulouse, in the market place Saint Aubin at exhibitions of Independent Winegrowers in major cities of France. Here, viticulture and the passion for the land passed down from father to son and from father to daughter for generations. All are drawn to the area labor force, until the 15 hectares of vineyards on the hills of Corbières, the Pyrenees foothills. His first vineyard, Henri Fabre, then aged 16 years, the rents to a local owner. Over the years, the field has grown, especially since the arrival of the wife of winemaker, Monique Fabre, now operator and their daughter Amanda. Looking to the quality, these passionate winemakers realize plantations of vines, selecting the best grapes, using new cultivation techniques ... Today, organic farming is the priority on the field, certainly its future.
