The winemaker

3 native grape varieties are grown in the Château Gilbert & Gaillard vineyard: Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache. The vines benefit from clay-limestone soil. On tasting, the wines are distinguished by their supple, mineral aromatic character. The taste of fruit, garrigue and spices make these wines exceptional. The vineyard also produces organic honey and olive oil.
