The winemaker

The vineyard covers 32 hectares of schist soils in a Mediterranean climate. The performance of our vineyard is deliberately low: 15 to 30 hl / ha Age of vines. The average age of the vines is 60 years, the oldest having been planted in 1924, the youngest in 2005. The size is made cup on all our traditional grapes - Carignan, Grenache and Muscat - and wire size guyot for the Syrah. The harvest is done exclusively manual way. The new generation of the family Cassignol takes up the challenge of direct selling wine bottled at the property. The area today offers seven wines from its vineyard and raised according to methods handed down by our ancestors.
