The winemaker

Acquired in 1870 by the family Etienne, La Dournie is a family property for more than six generations, managed from mother to daughter. This is the call of the place, the big mansion, farm buildings, vineyards, rivers, all the work of five previous generations who forced his admiration and pushed Veronique Etienne to take the field. The domain evolved, and has a production tool to produce quality wines and to preserve its heritage. Men and women in the field working to advance exploitation, vineyards 30 years on average were all réencépagées, there are still some old Grenache 50 years, the buildings are renovated, the winery has acquired the means technology required for the development of quality wines ... The particular care given to the vine can work the plant in reasoned culture and winemaking cellar as naturally as possible.
