The winemaker

The medieval building, the 13th century, overlooks with its watchtower, the Roussillon plain. The fortification belonged to the Middle Ages, the ancient kingdom of Mallorca with Perpignan was the capital. The vineyard of twenty hectares, located between the valley of the Tet and the Agly valley stretches in the highlands of Corneilla River and arid hills and windy Calce. I take ownership in 2001 (following the retirement of my uncle) and works very naturally without synthetic products, leaving the soil express itself in my wines.
