The winemaker

Each year, our challenge is to get each plot and each grape variety at optimum maturity. Only the great terroirs can produce exceptional Mourvèdre. It is our king and our vine-singularity. Wine is my passion. I particularly wanted to ensure that our wines are vinified and aged in a cellar built according to ancient techniques to protect the thermal variations. This building Stone Gard size fits completely into the topography and respect for the environment with a subtle and delicate blend of tradition and modernity. Our entire range has been designed in the spirit of the perfume and luxury craftsmanship. That is why we created a bottle-shaped label that includes, for each cuvée a statement number. This indicates the "ideal" moment of tasting from vintage. However, all our wines can be tasted before and beyond.
