The wines

Claude Serra offers several cuvées of white and red wines.

La cuvée Pure Chardonnay, IGP Pays d'Oc is a balanced, intense white wine to be drunk young. Bright yellow in color, it offers a rich aromatic palette, with fruity and floral notes as well as vanilla flavors. Perfect with shellfish or freshwater fish.

La Nouba blanche, IGP Côtes de Thau 2020 comes from a selection of old Terret vines, which give it aniseed flavors and a distinctive texture. There are also aromas of Granny apple, lemongrass, blackcurrant and hints of iodine. The palate has lovely acidity, making it an ideal wine to accompany shellfish, grilled fish or crustaceans.

The Cuvée Pure Viognier, IGP OC Viognier 2020 is a light, mineral and fresh white wine, offering a complex aromatic bouquet with floral notes and exotic fruit aromas. It has a fine balance between volume and liveliness, with a rich mouthfeel and lingering finish. Enjoy it as an aperitif, but also throughout a meal of salmon, poultry or with a platter of fresh cheeses.

Claude Serra - Pure Pinot Noir, IGP Pays d'Oc. The terroir of Villa Serra is ideal for revealing Pinot Noir's cherry flavors and freshness. By adapting Burgundian know-how to this cuvée, Claude Serra has created a wine with a bright red color and purplish highlights. The aromatic palette opens with notes of peony, licorice and cranberry syrup, with a very fruity, smoky finish. A perfect accompaniment to Asian dishes, grilled poultry or country-style charcuterie.

La Nouba IGP Pays d'Oc is a cuvée in the style of southern wines, both assertive and convivial. It's a well-balanced red wine, with great freshness and silky tannins. It's best drunk young, as an aperitif or with grilled meats, pizzas or a good cheese platter.
