The winemaker
The 12 ha are old Carignan vines planted some for more than 60 years, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Since 2008, this vineyard is in organic agriculture, Languedoc traditional red varieties are complemented by white varieties to expand our range. The winter work and the harvest are manual, fermentation is traditional. A slight shift in barrel improves the aging of our wines. The workforce is represented by three generations of winemakers from father to son.
