the color is crimson with a beautiful depth, the tears on the sides of the glass flow slowly and assert the presence of alcohol.
the first nose is discreet yet denotes a lot of complexity, with scents of spices, garrigue and small red fruits. After aeration, the nose is much more expressive, with a hint of minerality and the expression of terroir that now stands out.
The palate is frank and generous, with fruit, substance and tannins that are present but quite elegant for a wine that is still very young. The finish is delicate on licorice with a slight bitterness that is not at all unpleasant over the length.
Perfect serving temperature between 16 and 18°c, wait about 2 years before enjoying more balance and finesse, cellaring will be up to about 8 years. It can be aired with an accessory or a carafe in its youth.
