beautiful limpid straw yellow color citrus nose attack on the fruit and acidity, citrus lemon and floral aromas, nervous wine tried on a skewer of marinated cod salmon lemon dill proved perfect. Would probably be even better with oysters. Addictive wine Seems too tense for an aperitif.
