Everything is born from the desire of three friends, wine lovers and lovers of Roussillon. Together they decide to launch a bet: one day drink their own wine. Because chance sometimes good things or just because it does not exist, one name comes to them. That of Joseph Paillé. A young talented winemaker, who has traveled the world, and installed in the Loire dream of new horizons. The project attracted him, and he falls vineyards, the exceptional beauty of the setting. It visualizes immediately wines he can do, the three friends are conquered. Together, they look in the same direction: successfully produce, over the years, a wine with character, from a working vineyard environmentally. The area is also a bio conversion process. The wines are wines Benastra sharing, elegant, authentic wines that take their strength in the southern light and strength of the winds that sweep the vines.
