The winemaker

Pierre Jacquet had previously worked in different areas in Languedoc for more than 10 years. Olivier Binet had experience as a journalist and wine cellar. We planted a lot of our vineyard ourselves between 2002 and 2007, and was supplemented with old vines. In 2005, we were the first harvest, and the following year we bought and were renovating an old cellar in the middle of the medieval village of Faugères. In 2012, we collected for the first time full production of 30,000 bottles in total. The same year, after the legal time of conversion, we obtained certification for organic and biodynamic by Demeter. This is also the same year we started selling our wines in Europe and the world, working with great partners handle. Thirteen years later, Vision 1999 has found its realization.
