The winemaker

It's like musicians that we set our choice on the South of France and that's winemakers we finally landed in this wonderful land where the warm Mediterranean climate helps, we produce wines typical of the south a incomparably subtle aroma. The estate Bourdic, surrounded by vineyards, is located in the foothills of the Cévennes, near Pézenas historic town in the Languedoc-Roussillon, Côtes de Thongue PGI. Always in search of great simplicity and purism, our philosophy from the beginning to work respectfully with our land and its biodiversity. In this natural environment, we produce at Domaine Bourdic quality grapes with passion and a lot of labor. It is natural that since 2011 all our wines are certified organic wine. On 13 hectares we grow different traditional grape varieties, as well as Tempranillo and Vermentino, gray and white Grenache. We produce wines with character, fruity, well structured and also wines guards. The quality that is found in our bottles is rooted in the choice of varieties. Intensive care they are the object throughout the year form the basis of intense balance of taste and healthy qualities of the perfectly ripe grapes.
