The winemaker

In 1993, Christian CARDET made his first harvest in Champagne. He discovered his passion for wine and began a retraining.   He trained in Burgundy and from throughout the world to forge a diverse experience: Oregon, California, Chile and South Africa, in addition to French wine regions, bring him a broad view of the wine environment and solid skills of winemaker.   This luggage in hand, and returned to France in 2000, Christian CARDET takes a cellar master station in a holding of 60 hectares and trainer in viticulture and oenology in Herault.   In 2003, he moved with his family in a home winemaker in Gabian, in which he created a cottage. It realizes its project in 2006: the Domain Cardet is born!
