The winemaker

By passion for wine, the estate was created in 2005 following the purchase of plots of vines and creating a winery that year. The area is 4 hectares spread over 7 plots with soil types and different exposures. The philosophy of the domain: "No great wine without quality grapes and always in mind a wine elegance of research." The vineyard is managed according to the principles of organic farming, no chemical weeding, Labor soil to support life soil and vines, minimal use of natural products (copper and sulfur) for treatment with taking into account the weather conditions. This results in wines without extraction with a nice freshness, fruit highlighted in each vintages, with nice length.
