Mosaic of plots, the Cambis Domaine vineyard consists of 15 hectares of hillside vines. Located in the village of Berlou, close to Saint Chinian, in Hérault, Cambis Estate is led by Perolari family since 2002 according to the principles of sustainable agriculture. Family Perolari took advantage of the exceptional terroir of Berlou, consisting mainly brown shale, to produce wines sublimating the soil.
