The winemaker

The vineyard is located on the land of Termenès in the high Corbières (altitude 460 - 680m), the reverse of the Mont Tauch (Mont des Ifs). This is one of the highest mountains of the Corbières which rises to 994m, it protects the local marine inputs and gives it an exceptional climate. This altitude ensures the vineyard a unique climate and ideal conditions, a slow maturation of the grapes. This exceptional vineyard is protected by a global shadow, it lies in high mountain dry area (drainage important soils, draining soils). The vinification is done grape variety, terroir by terroir in small concrete tanks (better thermal inertia during fermentation stages - cold nights in the mountains). Vat: 30 - 60 - 70 - 80hl - long Winemaking: cold maceration. - Load shedding tanks - Post-fermentation maceration (wetness marks). - Three pre-assemblies are made to ensure average balances of great finesse.
