The winemaker

Eric Bastide shapes here with craft lively wines, often aged in oak barrels, but for which the wood is used enhancer and not of fig leaf. The radius of the inevitable, a Côtes du Rhône-Villages toned Grenache and Syrah, distinctive and spicy wish. A white meets the sweet name of massacans, slightly woody, with a large share of old vines capable of producing excellent grapes .. Rosé is of the same ilk and easily bears comparison with a Tavel. To end on a high red, Edgewood will, after a few years of cellar, revealing the most beautiful mineral touches of this beautiful land.
