The winemaker
Located in the heart of the town of Beziers, the area of the Great Courtade possesses local amphitheater. This certified organic area is central to the Fabre family concerns. This large winemaker family raises the vine as a passion of 1605. Also at the head of other castles of Languedoc Roussillon, the family did not have less invested in safeguarding the local area of the Great Courtade. They consist of wines from carignan, cabernet, grenache noir, malbec, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and pinot noir.
