The winemaker
The Domain Mingraut dates from the late 19th century. It was built on part of the land belonging to the Marquise Mats who lived with her husband in the castle of Fontcouverte. At the time, classified as "Cropland", these lands were planted with vines between 1890 and 1910. The estate buildings were built at that time, we read in Roman numerals on the winemaking cellar wall date 1889: MDCCCLXXXIX.
