Why create a second domain? because it is a great challenge for a winemaker to vinify on 2 fields in 2 soils without travel thousands of kilometers ... and a few other small administrative details! times in 2005, the vineyards of the Hérault region sit on volcanic soil, limestone, but also Villafranchian. this region somewhat forgotten and neglected winemakers, has kept the original varieties such Cinsault, Carignan, Clairette and theret. Upon resumption of the vineyard, production was converted to organic farming.
