At the heart of the Minervois wine terroir known, Domaine des Homs is located on the site of a Roman farm where we already cultivated vines and olive trees. It takes its name from the presence on its land very old elms now extinct. This area of ​​20 hectares, owned for three generations to the family of Crozals, old family of Languedoc winemakers. Jean-Marc and his wife Anne, both graduates of the International Wine University of Suze la Rousse, now bring to the operation of Domaine their technical and business knowledge while maintaining family traditions that have contributed, over the years, the reputation of the wines of the Domaine des Homs. Domaine des Homs bears the imprint of the genius of nature and men who have created with elle.Il lives today through the efforts of those who work there. A terroir, we must observe, understand, respect the order to then develop it through our wines: the grape that gives wine its identity.   Our goal is to produce wines of terroir. Rich wines with a mineral structure, the wines on the balance between breadth and freshness, strength and elegance. A terroir wine is a reflection of collusion between soil, grape variety, climate and Man.
