The winemaker
Covering 25 hectares, Domaine des Trinités includes vines that are around 25 years old. Taking advantage of the schist in the soil, they produce grapes that are both tasty and delicate. At the same time, the craftsman helps them to develop through natural farming methods.
As a result, every year 45,000 bottles leave the Domaine des Trinités for the tables of gourmets.
