The winemaker

A page opens with a family adventure, a passion shared quest for excellence. AOC Languedoc is faugères the foothills of the Cevennes. It is a hard land, demanding, rocky sandstone and shale formed during the birth of the Massif Central. filtering the sandy loam soils very productive and very little acid PH. These shales emmagasinnent day in the heat to return at night promoting a regular maturation of our grapes and found in the gentle tannins and freshness of our wines. The vines of the domain located between 220 and 380 m, are made of traditional varieties Languedocian ducts in the traditional manner and alternate tramontane very violent and cold winds and sea entries. The soil work, respect of our soil naturally accompanied by a conversion to organic farming since 2013 as in the vineyard and the cellar concourrent, with this passion that drives us to produce wines with a strong identity, great aromatic freshness, emotion, poetry that we try to share with you.
