The winemaker

Yoann Damian, his winemaking degree and pocket in oenology, and after internships at BIO winemakers settled on the plateaux of Cazelles .Convaincu by the potential of this terroir and seduced by the beauty of the landscape, a native of Lyon he falls in love with this forgotten corner. His passion for old vines, his love for this land, his hard, hard work takes him from his first vintage in 2004 to drill and make a name in the Minervois. It invests in an area of ​​15 hectares with old buildings to renovate. The frame is strong and healthy. The cellar and the vault are semi-buried and allow a working winemaking and conservation of great wine. This area allows it to manage its operations with only the help of his mother (Gisele). New hires are made for the harvest, manual labor in small boxes requiring much labor.
