The winemaker

The dream of Gavin Crisfield, sommelier and winemaker Irish, took shape in 2009 when he decided to settle in Saint-Privat in the beautiful land of the Terrasses du Larzac. The crossing takes shape! His vineyard of 4.5 hectares consists of varied soil qualities: shale, clay and limestone, sandstone and basalt that allow it to assemble a concrete egg in wine and lightning and high oval about 18 months. This gem is already a reference in the sector. The great wine made from Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault has an exceptional race, extremely elegant with restrained power. An iron fist in a velvet glove.
