The winemaker

family estate for generations, the New World is located 15 km southwest of Herault in the municipality of Vendres. Anne-Laure and Sebastien Borras are at the head of the field for ten years. They perpetuate the work done by their ancestors wineries and farmers, with common sense and philosophy that are theirs. Sebastian (former restaurant) works the vineyard and winery assistance. Anne-Laure (winemaker) develops and raises their wines as naturally as possible, making long aging and allowing time to time. The area has 2 terroirs: - vineyard vines IGP Pays d'Oc, planted in the sands 600m from the sea - vineyard vines AOC Languedoc, planted on serious Villafranchian acids which perfectly express the méridionnaux varieties.
