The winemaker

Domaine Les Tournals is located upstream from the Aude valley, where the Saint-Polycarpe valley meets the Haute Vallée of the Limoux appellation. A particular terroir with gravelly clay-limestone soil tempered by a mid-altitude climate. A terroir favorable to the culture of the vine, allowing longer maturations particularly appreciated by the white grape varieties.

Mathieu Dauvergne is at the head of this vineyard since 2011. In order to respect the terroirs and protect the environment, the vineyard is managed in certified organic agriculture. The Domaine offers single-variety wines highlighting Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot. Authentic wines, with a typical profile of their terroir, full of freshness and vivacity.
